“10 Simple and Savory Dishes” Cooking Workshop @Chiang Mai
On November 7th, Singha R-SA headed north to organize “10 Simple and Savory Dishes” cooking workshop at Chiang Mai Beverage Company Limited. The event was spearheaded by “Chef Book” Boonsmith Phukganasuk who conducted the workshop and also provided knowledge on promotion and distribution for the participants.
From morning till evening, everyone was in the kitchen practicing the recipe they learned from Chef Book. Each and every dish could be made either at home or for sale. For certain recipes, the participants could make some adjustments and add some ingredients to make it their own recipe. They could create fusion dishes, just like Chef Book. Combining the cooking skill they learned from him with online marketing skill, their dishes would surely sell like hot cakes.
