Kliti is a small village in Kanchanaburi Province. It is hard to access Kliti Village by road and takes many hours. Kliti is cut off from the outside world. The only river that sustained people in Kliti was contaminated by lead toxin from careless mining methods in the past. The water contains such severe levels of lead that it is unfit to drink. SINGHA R-SA and students from 20 institutions traveled to Kliti to build a plumbing system into the mountain to give the villagers access to clean fresh water after 19 years of waiting.
