Make the Mountain Tap @Surin

Surin was one of many provinces that were affected by drought. The villagers tried to solve the problem by buying water or searching for water from natural resources. Singha R-SA traveled to survey the area. We learned that the villagers planned to make a mountain tap from a natural spring and carry the water down the mountain to the village.

On 30 July, Singha R-SA with help from our northeastern volunteers, traveled to Tepraksa Sub-District of Sungkha District, Surin Province. We carried drinking water with us. We teamed up with the villagers to make the mountain tap by linking long and strong PVC pipes from the mountain geyser to the village.

The best experiences happen when we all work together with kindness. We gratefully thank our volunteers from the six universities and the villagers who joined with us to make this mission a huge success.
