By the end of November, the winds of winter had visited the Singha Volunteers all across Thailand. On the 25 of November, the Singha Volunteer caravan in collaboration with the News Family Foundation packed up winter coats, hopped into cars and drove to Northern Thailand on a mission to deliver the warmth to those in need. On the way, we stopped at Baan Huai Peung Schools in Mae Salong, Amphur Mae Fah Luang, and Chiang Rai to donate funds to build new dormitories for the students, so they would have a brand new place to stay! Hooray! After gathering our breath, we moved northwards to our last stop, Baan Phaya Prai School in Teodthai, Amphur Mae Fah Luang. As soon as the car stopped, we heard the children cheering, ringing like silver bells in our ears, as all the staff and children gave us a warm and loving welcome. We eagerly unloaded all the coats and handed them out to the children as soon as we could, to see the smiles on their faces. With smiles and laughs like these, our days as Singha Volunteers are never boring.
