“Mingalaba” or “Hello.” On 16 and 17 December, Singha Volunteers, together with the Singha Beer agent stationed in Tachileik, students from the Singha Volunteer Army from Maw Fah Luang, and International Singha Volunteers from Kyaing Tong University gathered at a Singha car caravan, bringing along over 300 winter coats to pass the warmth forward to students at Amaga School, Pang Kwai School and Tai International School who were affected by the harsh winter at Kentung, Shan State, Myanmar. For this mission we traveled from Chiang Rai, through Mae Sai border to Tachileik. The beauty of nature and the breathtaking scenery along the road, combined with the warm welcome of the local people brightened up our day, and brought smiles to our faces. See for yourself in these photos what a wonderful adventure we had.
