SINGHA R-SA Boonrawrd’s “Safety Drive” program continued over the course of the long New Year holidays for 2016, as we joined hands with members of Singha Archeewa R-SA (vocational student volunteers) from Nakhon Sawan College and Pak Chong Vocational College to set up two rest stops that provided convenient services to long-distance travelers: – First location: Northbound in Nakhon Sawan Province, located approximately one intersection before the front of the Nakhon Sawan Highway District Office that leads toward the Jiraprawat (Suankularb Wittayalai School). – Second location: Northeastbound in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, located at Pak Chong Highway Division 1, around the Military Working Dogs Battalion on the way to Lamtakong Dam. At these rest areas, young volunteers from Singha Archeewa R-SA checked travellers’ automobile conditions, gave out cool drinks, and provided massages (for those experiencing aches and pains from their trips) so that everyone could enjoy their trips over the long holiday. While other people were relaxing and traveling during the New Year holidays, this group of young people worked hard to provide service to the public. SINGHA R-SA Boonrawd admires their determination and hearts of gold.
