SEA SAND STRONG Round 2 @Krabi

Environmental problems are issues that we cannot ignore. Each and every one of us should take care of the environment and ensure that the beautiful nature would be with us forever. The best way to create environmental awareness is to instill it since we were young. That was one of the reasons why Singha R-SA initiated the “SEA SAND STRONG Round 2” project, which took place at Had Yao (Long Beach) in Krabi and was joined by students from local schools.

The goal of this project was not only to gather garbage on the beach, but we wanted to make the children learn and understand the importance of the life cycle of different types of waste. We asked the children to clean up and sort them into categories. In this way, the children could pass on what they learn to others in the communities. In addition, the waste was properly cleaned and sorted could also be sold for extra income.
